You may use MultiTake to:
- Create original video content for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
- Generate videos for social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Produce marketing and promotional videos for your business
- Create educational or training content
- Generate entertainment, news, or informational videos
- Produce videos based on publicly available information and data
- Create videos for internal use within your organization
- Experiment with AI video generation for legitimate purposes
Permitted uses include both commercial and non-commercial applications, provided that the content complies with all applicable laws and this Policy.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
3.1 Illegal Content
PROHIBITED: You may not use MultiTake to generate, distribute, or possess any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction where the content may be accessed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content depicting or promoting violence, terrorism, or extremism
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
- Content promoting illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Fraud, scams, or financial schemes
- Human trafficking or forced labor content
- Weapons trafficking or instructions for creating weapons
- Any content violating local, state, national, or international law
3.2 AI-Generated Deepfakes and Deception
PROHIBITED: You may not create deepfakes or manipulated videos intended to deceive, impersonate, defame, or defraud others.
Specifically prohibited:
- Deepfake videos designed to impersonate real individuals for deception
- Manipulated videos intended to mislead audiences about a person's statements or actions
- Non-consensual deepfakes of identifiable people, particularly intimate or sexual content
- Videos designed to frame someone for a crime or harmful act they did not commit
- Synthetic media designed to spread disinformation or false narratives about real events
Exception: Clearly labeled satire, parody, or entertainment content that cannot reasonably be mistaken for genuine footage may be permitted at our sole discretion, provided it does not cause material harm.
3.3 Intellectual Property Infringement
PROHIBITED: You may not use MultiTake to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
You must not:
- Generate videos containing copyrighted music, video, or art without proper licensing
- Create content that copies or closely mimics copyrighted works
- Use trademarked names or logos in videos designed to mislead consumers
- Generate content that violates anyone's patent rights
- Reproduce proprietary scripts, stories, or formats without permission
3.4 Misinformation and Disinformation
PROHIBITED: You may not create videos designed to spread false information or deliberately mislead audiences about factual matters.
Prohibited content includes:
- False information about elections, voting, or democratic processes
- Deliberately false health or medical information that could cause harm
- Conspiracy theories presented as fact without evidence
- Fabricated news designed to appear as legitimate reporting
- False information about real events, public figures, or organizations
- Content deliberately designed to incite panic or civil unrest based on false premises
Note: Opinion, satire, and commentary on factual matters are permitted. The prohibition applies to deliberate deception presented as fact.
3.5 Harassment, Abuse, and Hate Speech
PROHIBITED: You may not use MultiTake to create content designed to harass, bully, threaten, or abuse any individual or group.
This includes:
- Videos created to mock, ridicule, or embarrass specific individuals
- Content containing threats of violence or death
- Videos promoting hate based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, etc.)
- Harassment campaigns or coordinated abuse targeting individuals or groups
- Doxxing videos that expose private information to enable harassment
- Videos inciting others to harass or harm specific individuals
3.6 Sexual Exploitation and Non-Consensual Intimate Content
PROHIBITED: You may not create non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit deepfakes.
Specifically prohibited:
- Non-consensual deepfake pornography or intimate imagery
- Sexually explicit videos created without consent of people depicted
- Sexual exploitation imagery of any kind
- Solicitation of sexual content from minors
3.7 Privacy Violations
PROHIBITED: You may not create content that violates privacy rights or uses personal information without consent.
This includes:
- Videos using someone's likeness, voice, or image without consent
- Content revealing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
- Videos violating someone's right of publicity or personality rights
- Synthetic media replicating someone's voice or appearance for deceptive purposes
3.8 Spam and Engagement Manipulation
PROHIBITED: You may not use MultiTake to create spam or manipulate engagement metrics.
Prohibited practices:
- Mass production of identical or near-identical videos for spam purposes
- Creating videos designed solely to artificially inflate view counts or engagement
- Automated video generation for gaming algorithms or platform recommendations
- Creating videos designed to mislead users about engagement or popularity
3.9 Platform Abuse and System Manipulation
PROHIBITED: You may not attempt to abuse or disrupt the MultiTake platform or its infrastructure.
This includes:
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or similar disruptions
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
- Circumventing security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Using bots or automation to bypass usage restrictions or terms
- Scraping content or data from the Service without authorization
- Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
4. AI-Generated Content Guidelines
4.1 Disclosure and Transparency
We recommend that you clearly disclose when content is AI-generated, particularly in contexts where audiences may reasonably assume content is authentic or created by humans. This is especially important for:
- News-like content or current events videos
- Educational content where the source matters
- Videos featuring synthetic representations of real people
- Content on platforms with specific AI disclosure requirements
4.2 Responsible AI Use
We encourage responsible use of AI video generation:
- Consider the potential impact of your content on audiences
- Verify information used as input to the AI system is accurate
- Disclose AI generation when transparency is important to your audience
- Use AI to enhance creativity, not solely to deceive or manipulate
- Consider the ethical implications of generating content featuring real people
4.3 Platform-Specific Requirements
Different platforms have different requirements for AI-generated content. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform where you publish content generated through MultiTake. Some platforms require explicit disclosure of AI generation. Failure to comply with platform-specific rules is your responsibility.
5. System Abuse and Exploitation
5.1 Resource Exhaustion
You may not attempt to exhaust, monopolize, or disrupt the Service:
- Generating excessive clips in short timeframes to stress the system
- Using the Service to benchmark or test competing systems
- Attempting to map or reverse-engineer the AI models
- Deliberately creating degenerate or malformed inputs to trigger errors
5.2 Circumvention of Limits
You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, pricing, or access controls:
- Creating multiple accounts to exceed free trial limits
- Using bots or automation tools to bypass rate limits
- Attempting to access features restricted to higher-tier plans through workarounds
- Reselling or sharing login credentials to circumvent payment
5.3 Data and IP Theft
You may not attempt to steal or extract valuable data or IP from MultiTake:
- Scraping the MultiTake website or application
- Attempting to extract training data from the AI models
- Stealing or accessing other users' generated videos or projects
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary technology
6. Enforcement and Consequences
6.1 Violation Detection
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect violations of this Policy. We may monitor:
- Video content generated through the Service
- User behavior and activity patterns
- System logs and API usage
- Reports from other users or third parties
- Public availability of content created through our Service
6.2 Account Suspension and Termination
ENFORCEMENT: Violations of this Policy may result in the consequences described below.
- Warning: First minor violation may result in a warning email
- Temporary Suspension: Access suspended for 7-30 days for moderate violations
- Permanent Termination: Immediate termination for severe violations or repeated offenses
- No Refund: No refunds for any unused credits or subscription fees
- Content Removal: Generated content may be deleted without notice
- Law Enforcement: Illegal content may be reported to appropriate authorities
6.3 Severity of Violations
Violation severity is determined by factors including:
- Severe: Illegal content, CSAM, violence, NCII - immediate termination
- Major: Repeated harassment, hate speech, intentional deception - suspension or termination
- Moderate: First-time IP infringement, policy violation - warning or temporary suspension
- Minor: Spam, system abuse attempts - warning or short suspension
6.4 Right to Remove Content
We reserve the right to immediately remove any content that violates this Policy, regardless of the enforcement action taken against the user account. You will not receive compensation for removed content.
6.5 Appeal Process
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by contacting contact@multitake.app within 30 days with:
- Your account details and username
- Explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect
- Evidence supporting your appeal (if applicable)
We will review appeals and respond within 10 business days. Our decision is final.

- Obtaining proper permissions, licenses, and consents for content
- Understanding platform-specific rules where you publish content
- Monitoring your account for unauthorized use
- Backing up important content (we are not responsible for loss)
MultiTake is not responsible for third-party claims arising from your use of the Service.
