4. Content Generated Using MultiTake

When you use MultiTake to generate videos, you are solely responsible for ensuring that:

- Your videos do not infringe any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights
- You have obtained proper licenses or permissions for any copyrighted material
- You comply with the terms of any licenses applicable to materials you use

We encourage users to use royalty-free or Creative Commons-licensed content when generating videos. Many resources are available:
- Royalty-free music libraries (Epidemic Sound, Artlist, AudioJungle)
- Stock photo sites (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay)
- Creative Commons databases (CC Search, Wikimedia Commons)
- Licensed content from legitimate providers
4.3 Licensing Requirements

5. Counter-Notification Process

- Whose pattern of behavior indicates willful and deliberate infringement
6.2 Consequences of Repeat Infringement
Users determined to be repeat infringers will:
- Have their accounts permanently terminated
- Lose access to all generated content and projects
- Not receive refunds for any unused credits or subscription fees
- Be prohibited from creating future accounts

Before terminating a repeat infringer's account, MultiTake will:

8.3 MultiTake's Role
MultiTake is a service provider that enables content creation. We are not responsible for:
- Third-party copyright claims against your content
- Copyright strikes on external platforms
- Copyright issues with materials you provide or include
9. Expedited Procedures
9.1 Urgent Cases
For urgent copyright infringement cases, please mark your email subject line as "URGENT: DMCA Takedown Notice" and include detailed explanation of time sensitivity.
9.2 Priority Processing
Urgent cases may receive expedited review, but we cannot guarantee faster processing. Proper documentation and clear explanation of urgency will help us prioritize your claim.
