By accessing and using MultiTake (the "Service"), whether through our website at multitake.app, our web application at studio.multitake.app, or any related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to those using free trials, paid plans, or any other variant of the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. Service Description
MultiTake is an AI-powered video generation platform that automates the creation of video content. The Service enables users to generate video clips using artificial intelligence, including features such as:
- AI-powered script generation and video scene creation
- Unlimited regeneration of individual clips and scenes
- Video export in high definition (up to 1080p)
- Watermark-free video delivery
- Access to the complete video generation pipeline
- Full video project management and editing capabilities
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we continuously work to improve features and performance, the specific capabilities, features, and technical specifications described in our marketing materials may change at any time.
3. Account Registration and Access
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Free Trial Access
Our Free Trial plan allows access to 10 video clips within a 24-hour rolling period and does not require a credit card. By using the Free Trial, you agree that:
- The Free Trial is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Unused clips do not roll over to subsequent 24-hour periods
- Free Trial access may be limited or terminated if detected to be used commercially or in violation of these Terms
- Upgrading to a paid plan will convert your account but does not restore previously expired trial clips
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. MultiTake is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password or other authentication methods. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@multitake.app.
4. Pricing and Billing
4.1 Current Plans and Pricing
MultiTake offers the following subscription plans (all prices in USD):

4.2 Pricing Changes and Disclaimer
CRITICAL PRICING DISCLAIMER: Pricing, features, clip quotas, and plan details are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify existing subscribers of material changes via email to the address associated with their account. Current pricing is always available at multitake.app. Your continued use of the Service following notice of price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing structure.
4.3 Billing Cycles and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the day you upgrade to a paid plan. Billing cycles renew automatically each month unless you cancel your subscription. You will be billed the subscription fee for the following month within 24 hours before the renewal date, unless you have cancelled your subscription beforehand.
4.4 Clip Credits and Top-Ups
In addition to your subscription plan, you may purchase additional clip credits through our top-up system:
- 50 clips for $4
- 150 clips for $10
- 500 clips for $25
Top-up credits:
- Do not expire and remain in your account until used
- Are consumed equally with your subscription monthly allocation (if you have both subscription clips and top-up credits available)
- Unused credits carry over month to month until consumed
- Are non-refundable except where required by law
- Cannot be transferred to other accounts or converted to cash
4.5 What Counts as a Clip
A "clip" is counted each time the Service generates or regenerates a video scene. This includes:
- Initial generation of any video scene
- Regeneration of existing scenes (each regeneration counts as one clip, regardless of quality settings)
- All regenerations within the same project count against your clip quota
Exporting or downloading a video that has already been generated does not consume additional clips. Previewing or playing videos does not consume clips.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Standard Refund Terms
All subscription purchases and top-up credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. This includes:
- Subscription fees already charged to your account
- Unused portions of a billing cycle
- Top-up clip credits, whether used or unused
5.2 Cancellation and Refund Requests
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@multitake.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the charge with documentation. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Refunds granted at our sole discretion will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5.3 Disputed Charges
If you dispute a charge, please contact us directly at contact@multitake.app before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination and potential legal action to recover chargeback fees.
6. Content Ownership and Rights
6.1 Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights to video content you create using the Service ("Your Content"), including:
- The right to edit, distribute, publish, and monetize videos you generate
- The right to use generated videos for commercial and non-commercial purposes
- The right to license or sublicense your videos to third parties
- Full ownership of scripts and descriptions you provide as input to the Service
6.2 Our Rights
By using the Service, you grant MultiTake a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Use aggregate, anonymized data from your projects to improve the Service and train our AI models
- Store your content on our servers to provide the Service
- Create backups and perform technical maintenance on your content
- Use de-identified metadata and performance analytics to optimize the Service
- Display anonymized examples of generated videos (without identifying the creator) for marketing or improvement purposes, at our sole discretion
We will not use your content for commercial purposes or share your identifying information with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or for platform operation and improvement.
6.3 Third-Party Content and Attribution
The Service may incorporate third-party content (images, music, filters, templates, or AI models). Your use of such content is subject to the applicable licenses and terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable copyright, licensing, and attribution requirements.
6.4 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by MultiTake's AI models is created based on your inputs. While you own the resulting videos, the underlying AI technology and methods remain our intellectual property. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the AI models from the Service
- Use the Service to train competing AI systems
- Claim ownership of the underlying AI technology or algorithms
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes. Specifically, you may not:
- Create illegal content: Generate, distribute, or possess videos containing illegal material, including content promoting violence, terrorism, child exploitation, or other illegal activities
- Deepfakes for deception: Create deepfakes or AI-generated videos intended to impersonate, defame, defraud, or deceive others, including manipulated videos designed to mislead audiences about identity or actions
- Intellectual property infringement: Generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
- Misinformation and disinformation: Create misleading videos designed to spread false information about public figures, elections, health matters, or other sensitive topics
- Harassment and abuse: Create content designed to harass, bully, threaten, or abuse any individual or group
- Sexual exploitation: Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation content
- Spam and manipulation: Use the Service to create spam, artificially inflate engagement metrics, or manipulate social media
- Privacy violations: Generate content using the likeness, voice, or personal information of others without consent
- Platform abuse: Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service, including unauthorized access attempts, resource exhaustion attacks, or circumvention of security measures
Enforcement: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal content to appropriate authorities. We may also pursue legal action for damages and attorney's fees resulting from violations.
8. Feature and Marketing Claims Disclaimer
NO WARRANTY FOR MARKETING MATERIALS: While we strive to keep all marketing materials, feature descriptions, and performance claims accurate, specific features, performance metrics, and comparisons with third-party services reflect conditions at the time of publication and may not remain current. Features described in marketing materials may be subject to change, limitation, or deprecation without notice. Performance claims are based on typical use cases and may vary based on input quality, complexity, and system load.
We do not guarantee that:
- Specific features mentioned in marketing or promotional materials will remain available
- Performance metrics or quality benchmarks described will apply to your specific use case
- Comparisons to other AI video tools remain accurate over time
- Marketing claims about feature capabilities are exhaustive or without limitations
9. Third-Party Product References and Competitor Comparison Disclaimer
THIRD-PARTY REFERENCES: Any references to third-party products, services, competitors, or pricing comparisons are based on publicly available information at the time of writing and may not reflect current pricing, features, availability, or capabilities of those services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information and disclaim responsibility for changes in third-party offerings.
When we compare MultiTake to other tools (such as Sora, Kling, Runway, Pika, or other competitors):
- The information reflects publicly available data at publication date
- Third-party services regularly update features, pricing, and capabilities
- We may not immediately update our comparisons when third parties make changes
- Subjective claims about quality, ease of use, or performance are our assessment and may differ from your experience
- You are responsible for verifying current third-party offerings before making decisions
We encourage you to evaluate tools based on current information and your specific needs rather than relying solely on our comparisons.
10. Service Availability and Support
10.1 Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability of the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates (announced when possible)
- Unscheduled emergency maintenance
- Infrastructure failures or third-party service disruptions
- Network issues or force majeure events
10.2 Service Level Agreement (SLA)
No SLA for Free and Lite Plans: Free Trial and Lite plan users are not covered by any Service Level Agreement. Service availability targets do not apply to these plans.
Pro and Max Plan SLA: Pro and Max subscribers are entitled to a 99% monthly uptime guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. If we fail to meet this target, eligible customers may contact support for service credits.
10.3 Backups and Data Loss
While we maintain backups of user data, we are not responsible for loss of content due to user error, account termination, or data corruption caused by third-party software or malware on your device. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important videos and projects.
10.4 Customer Support
Support is available via email at contact@multitake.app. Response times vary based on plan:
- Free and Lite Plans: Support on best-effort basis, typical response time 5-7 business days
- Pro Plan: Standard support, typical response time 48 business hours
- Max Plan: Priority support, typical response time 24 business hours
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. MULTITAKE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
- Warranties that generated content will meet your expectations or requirements
- Warranties regarding third-party services, integrations, or content
11.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: In no event shall MultiTake be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill
- Damages arising from lost or corrupted video content
- Damages from service interruptions, downtime, or performance issues
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to MultiTake in the 12 months preceding the claim
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 Exceptions
These limitations do not apply to:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Violations of applicable consumer protection laws
- Liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiTake, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of the Service in violation of applicable law
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Content you create or upload using the Service
- Your breach of any representations or warranties made in these Terms
We will notify you of any such claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense, at your expense.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at multitake.app/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Key privacy commitments:
- We collect only information necessary to provide the Service
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data
- We retain data only as long as necessary for service provision and legal compliance
14. Account Termination
14.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@multitake.app or through your account settings. Upon termination:
- You will retain ownership of your generated videos
- You will no longer have access to the Service or your account
- Your videos will be deleted after 30 days unless you download them first
- No refunds will be issued for subscription fees or unused credits
14.2 Termination by MultiTake
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law
- Your account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
- We detect repeated violations of Service policies
- Your payment fails and remains unpaid for more than 30 days
- We determine continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users
Upon termination by MultiTake for violations:
- No refunds will be issued
- Your account will be disabled and all projects will be inaccessible
- Your videos will be deleted after 30 days
- We may retain anonymized logs and records for legal compliance
14.3 Effect of Termination
Termination does not relieve you of obligations under these Terms, including indemnification and confidentiality obligations, which survive termination.
15. Modification of Terms and Service
15.1 Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Sending notice to the email address associated with your account (for material changes)
- Requiring acceptance of revised Terms upon next login
Your continued use of the Service following posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
15.2 Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Add, remove, or modify features at any time
- Change pricing and plan structures (with notice as described in Section 4.2)
- Discontinue or replace the Service with little or no notice
- Impose new or increased limits on clip quotas or feature access
We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuances.

The Service, including all software, technology, design, graphics, user interface elements, and documentation, is owned by MultiTake or our licensors. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Service or any portion of it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Create derivative works based on the Service
- Sublicense or transfer your license to others
- Use the Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
16.2 Feedback and Suggestions
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by MultiTake at our sole discretion without compensation or attribution. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such feedback.
17. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights while using the Service. This includes:
- Copyright and intellectual property laws
- Export control and sanctions regulations
- Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Laws governing online behavior and content
- Regulations specific to your jurisdiction and industry
Export Compliance: The Service may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You may not access or use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or have a place of business in any country embargoed by the U.S. government, or if you appear on any U.S. government restricted party lists.
18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The governing law applies to all claims, disputes, and legal proceedings, regardless of your location.
18.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Service:
- You first agree to contact us at contact@multitake.app to attempt informal resolution
- If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in courts located in India, at MultiTake's election
- You waive any right to jury trial and agree to arbitration
- You agree not to initiate class action lawsuits or join in class actions against MultiTake
18.3 Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising from the Service or these Terms must be initiated within one (1) year of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this period are barred.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MultiTake regarding the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other policy or document referenced herein, these Terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
